Students @ Blood Drive

(CGUHS) The Key Club Blood Drive on Wednesday, April 30, was a huge success with over 111 people signing up to donate. It was inspiring to see so many students and community members come together to make a life-saving impact right here in Casa Grande. A special shoutout to junior Sawyer Barth, who was selected to be a keynote speaker for Vitalant High School Blood Drive Kickoff event at Chase Field in September, and continues to be a powerful advocate for donation awareness. This event was powered by the dedication of our amazing student leaders, with support from Key Club advisor Tamara Santilli, next year’s advisor Bethany Shier, and Sawyer Barth — who all capped off the day by accepting the Ice Bucket Challenge in celebration. Thank you to everyone who rolled up a sleeve and helped make a difference!
